Perfect Team

How many of you take the name seriously? Attempt to build a perfect team?

In Perfect Team, we enjoy America's Past-Time as virtual GMs set in the future. Irony.

I'd take Perfect Team a little more seriously if OOTP did.

Too many better-than-reality fan service cards in the deck, perfectflation, and they'd much rather have your money than a realistic simulation.

Isn't that what the main game is for?

...says the guy who made 3 separate email accounts for PT purposes...

If you want realism, play solo or in an online league. If you want a goofy little sidelight that some people seem to take way too seriously, PT is the game for you.

I'd rather build the best team I can from a set of cards that mimic (as closely as possible) the best players ML baseball had to offer.

Not superhumans who lack flaws. Perhaps rename this mode "PEDsOK!"

If only there was a Perfect League where players could compete for the highest number of championships to prove which suitor is the actual Perfect Team.

Oh yeah, we have that now! So we have a measurement for the Perfect Team and can take it seriously now (if you so desire).

That was in 2.0 as well...

Yeah?

Just a little different in 3.0...maybe next week or the week after there will be the first king of the hill variety champion. Now...that will be something special for the winner. Probably those Sox.

quick questions: 1. where do you get the banners that list your achievements? 2. how come my players do not have the championship we won in their history, but have prior championships listed?
