OOTP21 Quickstart - MLB Redux 1901

I have been playing a long term quickstart based on the 1901 historical MLB season which I would then evolve through the decades. With OOTP21 I have decided to start fresh and with a more modern look and stats. I thought this would be a good time to share it with the community!

This quickstart starts in February 1901 and is based on historical MLB:
- Real teams, 8 teams per league, with fictional players
- 6 levels of minors (AAA, AA, A+, A, Short A, Rookie)
- Minor League affiliates based on the modern day(with some minor differences
- All stadiums based on modern day version for each team
- All stats based on modern day standard game (with some changes)
- No international leagues or Independents Leagues
- No history or service time this is a league to start your own history.

Game Settings
Coaching system disabled
Injuries realistic modern day
Player morale and chemistry disabled
AI Player Evaluation Setting: Default Fictional (30/50/15/5)

Rules
DH disabled
26 man roster size/40 man roster
162 Game Schedule
Players right to refuse minor league demotion is disabled
All other settings modern day default
two way players disabled
openers strategy disabled
No All-Star game
No Rain Outs
No Interleague
No Awards
No HOF

Financials
Modern day rules but with a reduction in income, revenue and crowd.
Top players will make $10-15M and scales down from there.

Draft
WARNING! The draft has players for 50 rounds/52 available! This should only be for the first draft. The second draft this should be reduced to 40/42 and then 30/32 the year after. You need to generate a lot of young players early as there are no free agents and the short season league will run short of players if you start too low.

The draft is also due to start on May 5. After the first draft, I change this to June 5.

Service Time
There is service time restrictions on all minor leagues except AAA. These are not intended to mimic real life. No Age limits or roster limits are used.
Once the draft is reduced to 30 players, the AI will keep minor league teams to 26-29 players and 40-50 in Rookie league.

Player creation
International Scouting Discoveries are enabled.
International FA and Independent League FAs are disabled.

Stats and AI Settings
This will resemble modern day stats from the OOTP21 standard game but with some changes. There are reduced HR totals. This might be too low for some but with this settings it is a rare but possible to see a player hit 50 HR in a season.
I will personally evolve the league modifiers as I progress the game. I can go in to this in more detail if there is interest, otherwise these settings can be left as is and they will stay consistent (with yearly fluctuation).

Logos and Uniforms
Most teams are using standard modern day uniforms that come with the game. For the others (Brooklyn Dodgers, NY Giants, Washington Senators) credit goes to user rj518 and his MLB Project 32 by SFGiants58 thread.

To use this in game:
Extract the contents of the rar file to:

\Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 21\quickstart_games\

At the main game menu, select 'Show More Modes' then 'New Quickstart Game' and select The 1901 Redux from the list.
