weird name duplicates

Cleaning up the FA db I was doing some player searches. Then I started finding some weird duplicates.

I can understand seeing more than one 'John Smith' type of duplicates. But three 'Denny Mack'? Three 1B named 'Denny McKnight'? Even stranger, imported players from the minor league master file are being duplicated. I have one Denny J Sullivan, and three duplicates.

I have a MiLB import 'Jim 'Troy Terrier' Egan' in three duplicates - 2 CF and 1 1B. The CF include his 'real life' stats and the 1B make him a fictional player.

There seems to be patterns in what I am seeing with a bunch of other players but don't have time to go into it.
