3 issues: phantom historical injuries; ratings 1 year off; pitchers incorrectly rated for batting

1) "PHANTOM" HISTORICAL INJURIES
With Historical Transactions selected but Historical Injuries off (and with OOTP injuries on), I get numerous phantom injuries. Examples:

Game file name: 1930_testA
Ed W Morris (BOS) - is on injured list with no injury shown, 3 days IL time left, no INJ time left; IL time left does not decrease as days move forward; no item in player history of injury having ocurred
Eppa Rixey (CIN) - same as above, except 2 days IL time left

Game file name: 1930_testB
- several players with 255 day(s) left. Freddie Fitzsimmons, went on injury list in 1930 and has stayed there into 1940... 255 is supposed to be for historical injuries, yet 1) historical injuries are off, and 2) there is no 1930 historical injury for this player
- numerous other players on IL's, no injury, etc..

2) PLAYERS RATED FOR THE FOLLOWING YEAR, NOT THE CURRENT YEAR

Game file name: 1940_test1
If the sim-season is, say, 1974, players will be rated & will perform in line with their real-life 1975 season. Examples:

Dusty Baker: IRL he had a very poor year in 1976; in OOTP his poor year was in 1975
Bill Buckner, Bill Russell, Joe Ferguson: IRL they were bad in 1975; in OOTP they were bad in 1974
Fred Lynn: IRL was great in 1975, good in 1976, had an off-year in 1977; in OOTP he was great in 1974 & 1975, had his off-year in 1976
Joe Charboneau: IRL had his only good year in 1980; in OOTP his one good year was 1979
Fernando Valenzuela: IRL hit the scene in 1980, was dominant in 1981 & 1982 before a couple of merely "good" seasons in 1983 & 1984; in OOTP he hit the scene in 1979 and was dominant in 1980 & 1981 before leveling off a bit

3) PITCHERS NOT BATTING ACCORDING TO HISTORY

Game file name: 1940_test1
Good-hitting pitchers are not good-hitting pitchers in OOTP historical sims
Don Drysdale, Don Larsen, Fernando Valenzuela, Rick Rhoden, Tim Lollar are a few examples


NOTE: These may not be issues that other users are experiencing, as I have posted the issues and no other users seem to have been able to duplicate. However, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling
the game, and that did not solve the issues.

Files have been uploaded as follows:

Hef_20200501_3issues zip includes three sets of dat files:
1930_testA - started with 1930, date of game is 9/25/30
1930_testB - started with 1930, date of game is 9/6/40
1940_test1 - started with 1940, date of game is 1/16/94; includes full minors

Settings for all three tests are the same, basically using defaults, except:
no import of complete history
use real historical txns
disabled real IL transactions
play in commissioner mode
turned off coaching system and owner goals
no recaps, wpa graphs, game logs, replays, highlighs or 3d movements (to keep file count/size low)
enable injuries (low)
no personality ratings, morale, chemistry, nicknames
no away uniforms
no baseball cards
disabled Retire Accdg to History and Miss Seasons Accdg to History
base potential ratings on Selected Recalc Period
