Issues with Game Pass version

I was playing the version from Gamepass for a few days and started to have an issue where FaceGen wasn't generating. I went into settings and forced to regen all faces. After an hour it was still at 0% and I force closed it via task manager.

After that if I tried to save a new league or my existing league I would get the error "could not save database file." I tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times before I uninstalled fully, then deleted all the files in My Documents and AppData\Roaming\Out of the Park Developments\ and rebooted the computer.

I reinstalled once again and now I get the error "Could not copy the file hints.txt to user data folder. Please reinstall Out of The Park Baseball" and I cannot launch it at all.

I also tried to reset and repair options from the App & Features under Windows Settings. I assume that something is broken but I'm not familiar with how windows store installs things.
