Disappearing Player in OOTP Perfect Team

Yesterday I completed the the Indians LS collection to finish the AL Central to complete the American League Collection for SE Carl Yastrzemski and the reward packs (1 gold, 1 Special) that come with those collections.

As I opened one of the packs I packed a Peak 97 Al Holland along with two golds, 2 bronzes and an iron. Since I'm no money spent, I decided to post the Peak 97 Al Holland in the AH.

I checked today for some reason there's no trace of the Peak 97 Al Holland card. No trace of it in my Transaction History and in my Your Auctions. My perfect point count didn't get affected by that too.

I was wondering if you guys could look into it. Thanks!

Check your inactive players. If the auction ended unsold while you were offline, he will be there.
