OOTP Having Problems Saving

Every time I attempt to save my game, an error pops up that states that, "Could not save database files, OOTP tries to roll back the translation". I am pretty sure this is because of my antivirus, but I am unsure how to fix this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Whitelist (or create an exception for) OOTP in the anti-virus program.

How to do it depends on which anti-virus you have, but a Google search should help with some directions.
