Gone blind ? Assistant GM

Lots of talk in the forum of the Assistant GM.
Never giving it a thought until now.

But where the heck is the guy ???

I even started a standard game all untouched, full coaches, scouts and all. I can't find an Assistant GM in any of the teams, not able to hire one for my team. No option when trying to hire folks

I've seen folks on youtube assigning work to an Ass.GM but when I click on Manager options I get to pick me or the AI.

I do play as GM only so he should be hiding somewhere.

So where is the guy ???? I'm gone blind since I can't find this elusive person.




NOTE: Scrap this I found why I had no Ass. GM
I started the game as unemployed and no teams had any Ass. GM. BUT
when taking the role as a GM from the start I found out that the "assign GM" for that team dropped down into an Ass GM role.

I mostly played in historical settings with no coaches, since all but the starting Managers are fantasy.
