3D Parks Wont Work

I sound a few hours over weekend customizing teams, logos and other fun things I love about game. I installed 3D park as well as this is feature I really wanted to try

I tried to play exhib game and int he opening set up screen choose 3d option but when I get to start game a quick window opens to say something about 3d but its so fast I cant read it, and then I click to right options I can only swap to different 2d modes not 3d

This sounds very similar to an issue I experienced just the other day. The problem was that I did not have the 3d ballparks (associated sub-folders & files) in the correct location.
