The most unusual HR I've seen

I play as GM/manager of the 2020 Phillies.
So my pitcher throws the ball and it is hit behind the 1st. base dugout. My 1st. baseman goes near the dugout and stands there .I notice the batter running the bases all the way to home. It was an inside the park HR ! After he crosses the plate the ball rolls onto the infield grass. None of my players threw it .
Still LOVE this game and just wanted to share.

Inside the park home run

What did the Play By Play show that happened?

Was "he" the first baseman?

If it was an OFer, it would be easier to imagine a play that fit the description

All (IRL) inside the park home runs have something wonky happen

He was my 1B. Ran right to the dugout, stood there, as the baserunner was "touching them all."

Are you sure? Could be that there isn't really a proper visual representation for that particular PbP (seeing as PbP is 'canon' and the visuals are just visuals) so the engine went with whatever was next closest.

Nope. The arc of the ball looked as if it was going to be a foul ball. It never went anywhere near first base. I couldn't believe the hitter was running the bases. Outfielders never moved.
You know how sometimes fielders run into the crowd ? Well my 1B just stood in front of the dugout.
