Steam Achievement before result

I was a little disappointed that the Steam Achievement Walk Off showed up before the result on the field. I still won, but maybe that should come after the results on the field are shown.

This is a legacy issue and the result of how the outcome of the play is determined by the game before any animation occurs or any play-by-play text unfurls. I filed a bug report a couple of times, but there's really no point to that either. The game is as it is.

You can disable the steam overlay for OOTP in steam settings and won't get notifications. It will also disable Steam screenshots, but you can do it the old fashion way and PRT Screen and open it in Paint.
