ootp21 version 21.6 Build 83

The infield flyball outs are ridiculous, they start out in the middle of the field and curve like they were in a hurricane to either the 1st base or 3d base out of bounds. I know some may curve a little by hey this is extraordinary,

That was the case on one of the previous patches but was fixed up by build 83. So it sounds to me like the patch did not fully install for you.

If you go to settings > troubleshooting and then hit the button to force reinstall game data, that should hopefully solve things. If not, try reinstalling the patch manually.

I had a similar problem this week twice. A batter hit the ball towards 1st base and the ball curved over the 1st base dugout for an inside the park home run. The right fielder disappeared for a while. I guess he had to get something to eat or use the bathroom.

There are still a few infield pop ups that veer off in crazy fashion....

I've had a couple where the 3b or 1b was supposed to field the ball and get the out at first. The animation showed the ball getting by the fielder who chased it all the way to the fence (the LF or RF just stood there looking) and then threw out the runner at first.

Concerning pop ups, y'know, IRL they look flattened when sitting high in the park. Fly balls too.

Those of you who are seeing 2, 3 or more of these curvy doodles, are you playing Pitch-by-Pitch or 1-Pitch mode? I play 1 pitch mode and only see one of these every now and then - meaning games apart.

Both - 1 pitch until there's a runner on base, then full.

It all looks better to me than the previous version. I use the behind home plate wide view which puts "me" high in the stands and I expect pop ups to look flattened in that view. I consider what I'm seeing now acceptable.
