Interleague games and expansion

Just manually expanded my league, with 1 team in each league.
Ive now noticed that even though Interleague games are checked in settings, I am getting no interleague games generated in schedule.

I recall having this problem in a previous version, and dont recall fixing it last time.

Anyone know how to fix it.

This was just asked in another thread recently, and I think the problem is that there are no interleague games if OOTP has to create a custom schedule. I think you can download schedule files or otherwise create a schedule with interleague play and import it into the game, but it has to be with files or tools from outside of the game. Hopefully you can do a forum search and find some of the other discussions about this.

Did find a custom schedule link that, did in fact, generate interleague games.
Now my issue seems to be that no minor league system has games. WIll see if this is corrected as I get closer to start of season.
