Properly Configuring the Posting System

The screenshot below is an explanation from MLB.com on the posting system
I want it so that players posted over 25 are normal free agents basically, plus a posting fee being paid.
I also want it so that if a player is posted under 25, he qualifies as a international free agent kinda like Ohtani and you pay a signing bonus and they have 6 years of team control

How do I do that?

For the 6 years of team control, I wonder if the box to "Reset Service Time for Free Agents Signed from Other Leagues" will do that in a Posting situation.
