No Movement ?
When I try to pick off a base runner he is safe, the play by play says "no movement" Well I see the pitcher, runner, and first baseman all move. So what is meant by no movement? I've been playing since OOTP 15, and have not been able to figure this out.

The runner wasn’t moving towards second, so he able to get back safely.
