Custom Edited Logos Have Gray Tint?
Hi,
I'm not exactly a savant at photo editing but I tried my hand at importing the Boston Bruins logo to use as a Berlin team. Does anyone know why it ends up so grayed out (see small photo on the right)? It doesn't look like that on the logo screen! |

Post the actual logo you are using so we can take a look at it. Maybe it's something with the format.

When I load your version it doesn't show grayed out, but it is not sized properly so it is distorted (your version is 1000 x 2000)... Try this one which is 300 x 300 or the 150 x 150 version which are both acceptable sizes for OOTP... No matter what the shape of the logo the canvas size needs to be equal on both sides or the game will distort it... I tried both and they look fine...

Perfect! The distortion must be making it gray in the game somehow...how can I easily change my other logos (I have about 5 others with the issue) to be the correct size?
I'm not totally untechnical but just need more of a step-by-step if you're able. Thanks! |

What program are you using? I can direct you if you are using Photoshop and it may be similar in other programs... Basically you don't resize the original graphic, you change the canvas size and that way the image does not distort... Say you download an image that is 500 x 425, you resize the canvas to 500 x 500... In PS you would click on your Image tab in the top menu bar, then click on Canvas size then make your adjustments, then save the image with the changes...

Also, its not necessary but good practice to have the primary logo as 300x300 size and the secondary as 150x150 size.
