Manager Promotions or Job Offers

If I were to start off as the Manager of a rookie level team. If successful would I get offers for higher level manager positions. My thought is could I start at the bottom and work my way up to being a big league manager. All without "promoting" myself through the my functions.

In short does the game allow for Manager offers for promotion and from other teams.

I think it would be interesting to see how long it would take managing the with the AI GM moves. Playing with hand dealt so to speak.

Yes you will get promotions from lower levels to higher levels. You will most likely get offers for higher levels right away after the season.
