Fielding stats, extra games played?

This is a section I don't look at much but i'm a little confused at what I'm season. My fictional league has a 68 game season. Occasionally teams will play in a tie breaking 69th game but for the most part 68 games is the most games a player can play in. If you look at the screenshot i posted multiple players played in 69 games and one player played in 70 games. Keep in mind there were no tiebreaker games and none of those players were traded mid season to explain a higher amount of games played. Looking back at prior seasons and i'm seeing the same thing. Is this a glitch or is the game maybe adding extra games played based on extra inning games or something.

Is it possible that it is including games that were begun and then postponed due to rain?

Player game stats sometimes combine different positions. So if they started in CF and then shifted to RF, depending on which stat bucket you are looking at, it may treat that as 2 games.
