6th inn. = HR - R, RBI (Lead 11-5)
8th inn. = BB

Player 2 - 4th hitter - 3 for 4, 3 HR, BB, K, 3 R, 6 RBI, SB
1st inn. = HR - R, 3 RBI (Lead 4-3)
3rd inn. = HR - R, 2 RBI (Lead 6-3)

Seems most people picked the 2nd player. Who did the game choose?

I’d pick player 2 as well for the 3 homers, 6 RBIs. It wasn’t a tight game so neithers hits were really more clutch or key to the win than the others so I think the 3 HR game is more impressive than 2 HR and 4 hits total.

I went with Player 1. Player 2 would not have had the RBI opportunities if not for Player 1 going 4-4.

The game chose Player 1. I thought it was interesting that Player 1 got the nod. Not only that, but he was Player of the Day in the league, too.

I hear what you're saying, but Player 2 would have had only two fewer RBI without Player 1's hits.

I feel a 3 HR day is one of those auto-Game MVP feats unless something drastic happens elsewhere in the game.

Player 2 should be Player of the Game... 3 HRs and 6 RBIs tops Player #1.

The game too often will pick the wrong player for the star of the game.

The game recaps too often are poorly worded and give the wrong impression of a game.

That's why I always write the game recaps in my dynasty leagues.

The game recaps and Player of the Game need some work on both of them.
