Logo/Uniform Request - National Objetcia Baseball League

I have a new fictional league that I had started around 2-3 months ago and I want some teams for all of them. I want someone to draw logos for both the major and minor league teams. Hopefully, there is someone that is able to do it. I want all of these logos modernized. I also want new uniforms (meaning the caps and jerseys) for the teams as well.

Agree with Germaniac... no one does this many requests anymore.

My suggestion is to post them one at a time in a single thread and see if someone will help you.

It is even hard to get them done one at a time these days... the graphic designers are into doing their own projects these days... not many will do requests.

The real issue I believe with requests, though no fault of the person requesting, is they just doesn't understand the scope, or more importantly, the time, of what they are asking for.

I really wanted to create a HS league for my OOTP game, but I knew right off the bat there was no way in hell I could ask for the amount of work I wanted, so through some trial and error and a lot of time, I learned how to make what I wanted. I also thought since I put the time and effort in, I may as well share with the community, although no one else asked for it.

I think that's the issue with any modding. It is time consuming, and at the end of the day, all we really have in this world is the time our Creator gave us on this earth. You are asking for 32 teams, logos, uniforms. From my experience, you're roughly asking for at least 20-30 hours worth of another persons time. And what will they receive for it?

I don't want to admit this, but I gave monetarily to GoHorns for his time and work on his college park thread. It was valuable to me and I appreciated his time for what he did. A few of those parks were my own custom requests.

I think everyone who uses the mods should make a good faith effort to reach out to their creators and see what they can do to compensate monetarily for their efforts.
Just the same as you would support a valued podcaster for their time and content. Believe me, if that happened these mod boards would light up like a Christmas Tree.

I don't know about everyone else, however for me, if it wasn't for the great modders in the OOTP community bringing forth all these bells and whistles to the core OOTP game, I'd have ditched it back in 2017 when I first bought it. It's the eye candy that adds to the realism, and that brings more customers, no doubt.

Everyone out there that really wants some custom work done needs to simply reach out through PM to a modder with their requests, and offer a good faith effort to compensate the modder monetarily for their time. Either that, if you have really enjoyed what they have produced and want more, reach out to them and find a way to support their time that they are putting into you.

If anyone wants to try and make some suitable enough logos to go with the above items I've already provided, they're more than welcome to try, at least, of course, seeing as I won't likely be able to do them as of yet. I really think nobody can estimate the amount of work that goes into creating that stuff until he tried to do it himself
I created logos/jerseys/caps for my three fictional leagues and with all the minor leagues it took me weeks for each fictional league.

The guys here may be doing a set here and there but definitely not all of them.
That's why I suggested to get into creating them yourself - I suggested the same to CD about a year ago and he's become really good at it.

It definitely is the hard way to get them, but trust me, it's a very satisfying feeling and you easily can make minor adjustments afterwards if you like to.

Would it logically make more sense for Kingsport to be the Kings and not the Princes, and Prince City to be the Princes instead of the Kings? Just a thought here, that's all. Of course, it's your league, but the juxtapositioning of team nicknames seems just a bit curious to me here, to be honest. Hope you can use the items I've made or will make here for you, somehow.
