What do you mean your owner won't let you sign draft picks.

This is just my opinion. A little background I have always played in commissioner mode. Until this season. I had PEE (Performance Enhanced Editing). And made other changes. This season I have only used it twice, once to change a player's position (and made him below average) and recently I didn't notice a player was on the trade screen from a previous negotiation. And put him back on my team. I am %90 sure the trade would have gone through without him. Now to answer your question, I don't think using commissioner mode is cheating. Why? Because it is so easy to use. No secret hacks to turn it on. It is right there in plain sight under manager options. Then on a player profile Edit is right there on a tab. Now what anyone does with it is up to them. I,m pretty sure if people are honest they would admit to using it once in a while to correct a mistake. I feel I went overboard. But I was going through some tough times in my life and having the best team ever really helped me. But the most important question is DO YOU Consider it cheating/ Using commissioner made in a multi-player league unless approved by the commissioner is definitely cheating. In my opinion.

leaving commish mode on isn't necessarily cheating, but it can let you do things you wouldnt normally be able to do, such as adjusting budgets at any time, demoting coaches, or offering contracts that would go over the limit
