log-in reward screens not working

The log-in reward screen right when you start up the game (picture 1) + the punchlist in PT (picture 2) aren't working.

It comes from an image which came in the last patch, so it's possible that the data didn't install properly. I would suggest to Verify your local files (if you're running Steam) or force the game data reinstallation if you're running a standalone version, and then it should work correctly the next time you re-load the game. If you are using a custom data path, you may have to copy over the various pieces from the skins folder manually to get it to work.

I'm using a custom data path and copying the skin data over did the trick for me.
