Trade suggestion accepted but then trade offer says expired instead of the ability to accept it

So I made a trade offer that the other team had to think on. The next day it said accepted, but the email about the offer says expired, and the players didn't move. So no way to accept and move the players other than going back in to force it.

I asked this in the other thread about this, but will will ask here too.

One thing that can cause this is if the status of any of the players involved changes (if they go on the DL, get moved to another team etc).

Is any of that the case here, or is that not an issue?
