Draft Picks not signing and joining FA pool

There seems to be a problem where draft picks sometimes do not sign and then end up in the FA pool for anyone to sign. I made some settings changes but I can't see why this would be the case....

Yeah, there was a bug a couple patches ago. This should be fixed in the most recent patch(you'd have to start a new save to see it though).
