Why Does Only My Third Team's Logo Get Changed?

So every Monday, the first time I look at my teams, my third team always has its logo and color scheme changed to something generic. But its only my third team. Any ideas why?

EDIT: Now, this week, the first team had this happen too.

It happens to me every week and it's starting to get annoying honestly.
I have my scheme saved as a screenshot so I can quickly edit it back but ugh...it's getting tedious.

If anyone knows an easy fix to this, please share lol.
