3 vacancies as we enter season 4.
Chicago Flames Very good team, was run well by the previous GM. 3rd largest budget in the league with the largest market size in the league. Portland Lagers Middle of the pack team, incoming GM could take it either direction. One of the smaller market teams in the league, but in good shape financially. Reno Travelers Up and coming team that is ready to contend, led by RF Ed Romero. They have the 4th ranked farm system, but are the smallest market team in the league.
