FHM4 vs FHM7

I'm interested in purchasing FHM7. But not if the stupidity of FHM4 is still present.

For instance:
1. Staffing. I draft good goaltenders. I send them to the minors. But the goaltender coach in the minors has a rating of 1. And I can't fire the twat. So my goaltenders' skills deteriorate. Totally ****ed up.

2. Skill improvements. Why are defencemen improving at faceoffs? Totally ****ed up.

3. Line-Ups. There seems to be a prevalence for the AI to place left-handed shooters on the right side and vise-versa. Obviously a algorithm created by a programmer who has never played hockey. Totally ****ed up.

If these things still exist in FHM7, I can definitely say I won't be buying it.

1) If your farm team plays in a playable league (like AHL), then you can hire and assign staff of that team. You can also edit lines and give your players more playing time.

2) No changes there.

3) Isn't it correct for forwards? If player shoots left, that means he is right-handed and hook of his stick is to the left of his body, so he should play RW.

Not sure what is wrong with placing left hand shooters on the right and wise versa. It is supposed to give an advantage to the shooter and has been done in hockey for long time. Making it more difficult for goalie to stop the shot.
