Rule 5 draft error - player being returned too late

This player was drafted by Cleveland in the 2030 Rule 5 draft. For the 2031 season, he was on the active roster until he got injured in late April and then spent the rest of the year on the injured list. As far as I'm aware, this satisfies the rules for the draft. Then, the following April in 2032, after starting the season on the active roster for Cleveland, he got returned to Texas.


EDIT: Nevermind, I should've refreshed my memory on the rules.

A Rule 5 Draft pick can be placed on the Major League injured list, but he must be active for a minimum of 90 days to avoid being subject to the aforementioned roster restrictions in the next campaign.
