Purchased players not showing on roster

Recently I spent 7,000 on 3 players in auction and shortly after they were purchased, my game crashed - Devin Williams, Mitch Garver, and Juan Soto. My transaction still shows that they were purchased but the players are not showing on my roster. Is there any way that I can get these player still?

Just found out these cards were inactive, they are active now. Sorry for the incompetance
