Why havn't i received any trade offers after simming my first season?

Also why isn't there a option to request what the team wants for their player like in OOtp baseball?

Have you put anyone on the trade block? If not, offers are very slow to come in. To put someone on the trade block, right click on them on the roster screen and find the option.

As for the other, it's a feature that may come in the future.
