Is it intended that the Pro players outside WHA are all WHA right set to none. Before they were set on free, Now how I will sign AHL and NHL players?

They should be free if they've been through a WHA draft (including the general draft) and haven't been picked. What year are you seeing players with rights set to none, and can you give me a few examples?

1972 1st of july.
All NHL and Minor players.

Yeah, somethings' definitely wrong there. It seems fine in the other WHA seasons, just seems to be 1972. We'll get that fixed.
