Picture menu disappears

Probably an answered question, but I cannot find an answer.

When I want to change the picture of a player/staff, I select the categoy, let say "facial type". When I try to pick the facial type, the menu disappears.

What game resolution are you playing at, and is the game set to fullscreen mode? I'm wondering if the menu is getting cut off at the side of the screen.
