Looking for a Thai fighter

Specifically Pichit Sithbanprachan, boxrec ID 19860. Birth name Supap Hanwichachai. He was IBF Flyweight champ from 1992-1994. Boxrec says he's a righty.

Apparently not the same fighter as Pichitnoi Sithbanprachan, boxrec ID 8563, who was rated by ConnChris some time ago. His birth name is Sompoch Harnvichachai. He was WBA Light Flyweight champ from 1996-2000. Boxrec says he's a lefty.

Both were born in Chaiyaphum.

From looking at their pictures on boxrec, they actually could be the same fighter. Maybe someone more familiar with 90's southeast Asian fighters can clarify.

I can tell you for sure that they're not the same fighter, but knowing the naming rules in Thailand (required to be unique to a single family, see: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thai_name) they definitely are related.

Pichit is the elder one, being born on January 15, 1966.
Pichitnoi's birthday is on January 31, 1975.
