Duplicate match played after clicking mail icon

I simmed a match and started reading the after-match report. One of my players got an injury in the match and the little red icon in the mailbox lit up.

Before leaving the match report normally, I clicked on the mailbox icon (to see how long the guy was going to be out), and I found out that the green Continue button was replaced with the same "PLAY GAME at Reading" text that I had clicked just a moment earlier to start the match. I clicked on the PLAY GAME button, but FHM told me that I can't start the match because I have an injured player on the roster. I had to replace the injured guy and then replay the same match with fatigued players.

As a result, I now have played 2 matches on the same day against the same opponent. I'm sure this isn't unheard of in the real ECHL, but I don't think it's supposed to work like this in FHM.

Can you upload that save (instructions here), including the rolling save folders (rs_one and rs_two)? I'd like to see if that's a broken schedule that actually had two games listed for one day, or if something else went wrong.

No, it's counted, that was one of the 72 games played by Newfoundland that year. So it looks like a schedule generation glitch and not a repeated game. Trying to reproduce it now.

Ok, so it was an actual match in the season calendar after all. I think only one of them was displayed in the Calendar view.
