Trades not being completed

I play historic leagues, since OTTP17.

Started a new league with 1963 KC A's.

I'm having trouble with trades, but only with my team. If another team (all AI) initiates a trade with my team and accepted it goes through immediately. However if I initiate a trade or shop a player and once submitted or completed it goes into the pending screen only, and just stays there. Maybe a trade I can see, but shopping a player should happen immediately.

Any one see this? It's close to trading deadline.

Pushing the complete trade button doesn't complete the trade? I've never seen that.
