I have bought this game in the past and just couldn't figure out any of the rules (very casual hockey fan) ... curious if there are any tutorials ... like with roster management, signing players, the players that are in other countries .... never could figure it out before which has kept me from buying newer versions of the game ... looks like 6 was my last purchase

OOTP Developments has got some really good walk-throughs on their YouTube page. The devs do a really nice job explaining many of the ins-and-outs of the game. You can check out the first in their series here:
