Kicks out every time

Trying to go in, go to where you name team, showing cards packs that I have, click to open a pack of cards and completely out of the game. Go back in, repeat from beginning.

No names, no logins, it appears that packs have disappeared but no way of seeing.

Can't get into the game, when try to open a pack, it shows 'unresponsive' at the top for 2-3 seconds and fully kicks out. I have yet to be able to see a card. It has not kept a name or anything, have to set it all again each time I go in. Only thing I do or try to do is perfect game.

Having the same issue. It does show that I've opened packs when looking at the transactions, but the team does not save in any way and I can't see any of the cards I have supposedly opened. Always crashes when trying to open a pack.

Just downloaded Beta 43 and I'm having the same issue; Perfect Team shuts down after clicking to open a player card pack. I've even submitted the team but cannot get past the open player card pack/submit team screen.

I'm glad I'm not the only one having this issue. I have posted in the crashes thread. Upload a trace report and it might help them.

For now, you can turn 3D off in the settings to get around this and open your packs without problems.

unfortunately it looks like as if your old GPU / graphics card the
"Intel(R) HD Graphics 2000" or its driver is the cause of the issue.
If you don't have the newest driver installed, then please update it.
Otherwise there is no chance for you right now to view the unpack screen
without crashing. So in our current beta version and later on in our next patch we added a new check box to the the "Profile & Settings" tab on the PT main screen
with the name "Use 3D Pack Openging Screen".
When you uncheck it and then click on a pack to open it, the unpack screen basically gets skipped and you get informed directly what cards you've got.
It should be kind of the same behaviour like before when you disabled 3d, but now you don't need to do that anymore but you can use the checkbox instead. That way you should still be able to enjoy ingame 3d and also play Perfect team without the need to each time turn 3d on and off.
Right now we have investigated two reports of this issue and both devices had an
"Intel(R) HD Graphics 2000" GPU running opengl 3.1, what can be seen from the trace file. If somebody else is also having this issue on a different gpu, please report your gpu model and opengl version here.
