Email authentication issue

For my secondary account, kbelau2, I am having issues with email authentication. I re-registered it in PT23 with the same username and email address, but I never received the authentication email. I have tried to resend the authentication email and it will not send, and I cannot log into the account in OOTP23 because it says the email has not been authenticated.

Please make sure to check your junk mail folders, as emails can end up there. If you are still having issues and cannot find the message, please e-mail support@ootpdevelopments.com and they can help out.
