Pack Didn't Open -- Server Issues

Last night I was able to log in during the server issues. I had two packs. I tried to open the first, and it said "waiting for server." After it didn't move on from that screen, I exited the game. This morning, I only had one pack (which had its own issues, but I found the players in my inactive players). The transactions history does not indicate the pack was opened last night. Is there any way to get the pack back?

I just completed several missions. When I submitted, the packs did not show up.

Packs came in!
