Marty St. Louis set up to fail

Hi, Marty St. Louis was added as the Habs coach, but he has "1" scores for all his coaching skills. While he might be green, he's probably not that bad. And, since I don't think computer coaches get their attributes updated, there is no way for him to improve. Perhaps in FHM9, you could add a dynamic engine to improve and reduce the various skills for coaches and scouts. Since every coach has a shelf life, it could include an eroding "motivation" score that only gets restored when the coach jumps to a new team. If a coach is successful, his/her annual base number grows; if they lose, the number stays pretty low. Assistants can grow their motivation scores, but it wouldn't decline as much as a head coach.

Odd, it's not generating his ratings from the template data the way it's supposed to. His list of favorite players (his sons) is also duplicated for some reason. Not sure if there's something broken in his data or it's something else, but we'll have a look at that, he's definitely not supposed to be rated like that.
