Sick and tired of buying packs and then the game crashes and I loose the points.

Multiple instances of buying packs and when screen comes up to open them the game crashes and I loose the packs and the points. Playing on a Mac, this may be the last year of buying the game.

I, too, play on a Mac and this is virtually the only time the game crashes, But it happens so often when I go to open packs that I'm fearful I may throw my MacBook against the wall.
I don't lose the pack or points, but unless I pull a gem, I'll basically never know what was in said pack.
