Missing auction house purchase

Missing a card from the auction house. I've done all the standard stuff. Logging out, back in, going into manage cards, etc... it's not there.

Did you make sure you didn't have any filters on?

Disregard my last post; I checked with our support staff, and it says the Buy Order you made for the card is still open. I think what may have happened is you tried to buy the card for the price listed as a Buy Now, but someone got to the buy-now button just before you did, and it created a Buy Order instead of the buy-now sale. It's happened to me before too, so I know the feeling, and I'm pretty sure that's what happened here.

Ya, I don't know, but I'd assume a log would show exactly what happened.

Regardless, I have the card now, so I assume you guys resolved it. ty.
