FHM9.1 build 70: job offer messages missing negotiate/reject options

When a job offer message arrives in the managers inbox, the game correctly has the negotiate or reject offer buttons listed. However if advancing a a day those options disappear and there is no way for the user to either accept or reject that offer Additionally, the game nags you about open offers with no way to do something about it.

Expected behavior is that a job offer has a published time limit by date, and up to that date you can click negotiate or reject offer.

The options disappear if you advance past the day of the offer. Teams do not want to wait and will hire another coach if you advance past the day.

If they open offers messages still hanging there, delete the offers and it'll disappear.

Fair enough but I didn't see that published anywhere, so with the messages still there asking for action it's confusing. Maybe add some verbiage that they need an answer today or something.
