Editing history for newly created fictional free agents.
I just created a few free agents for my league. But they all have a history. Drafted by a team 10 years ago and released 8 years ago, etc. How can I edit this? I have tried and nothing works. And the larger question is why does it happen, does the game reuse player ID #s? And can that be overridden?

Someone might know a better way to do this, but if you go into your league's free agent list and use the actions menu on the far-right of the screen to create a new fictional player, if you set their service time to "None" and choose all your other preferred parameters, a free agent player will be created with no prior history. You can then edit the player's name and other details by going into the player's profile and choosing the Editor tab.

That is exactly what I do. But when I go to the history tab it has some entries from 10 years prior
. To the far right is edit history, which I do but it doesn't save. Found the issue I was formatting the date wrong. It used YYMMDD.
