Lots of unsigned top prospects in 2027 UFA

This is similar to what I had reported in FHM8 but it seems to be happening in a different way now - the CPU just never offers them contracts. This is a standard game with all leagues enabled.

See the attached screenshot of the UFA class for <22 in 2027. This included the 1st overall pick of 2024.

The file save has been uploaded as "FHM-9-unsigned-prospects"

Yeah, we're aware of it. Working on a fix for the next update.
