Custom League playoff bug

I created a custom league with 2 conferences of 6 teams each, starting in 1926. I want a single playoff series between the two conference champs, but no matter what options I use, I always get #1 v. #2, even if they're from the same conference.

It looks like the custom playoff options (Conferences Separate/Conference Leader Seeded) that should control that aren't working properly if the playoffs are started with the final round. We'll get that fixed; in the meantime the best option to have a conference vs. conference would be to start with the semifinals (and the aforementioned two options selected.)

Sounds good -just FYI, I tried a four-division setup, 3 teams in each division with "conferences separate" checked and a four-team playoff. It had the same issue within conferences (i.e., the top two teams in each conference squared off regardless of whether they were in the same division even though I wanted the four division champs to play).
