NCAA players getting awarded multiple national championships in a year

A new bug that I came across a couple of days ago: After going back-to-back, some of my players were awarded four national championships.

Thought we had that fixed, but I see the same thing in a test game. We'll take another look.

Edit: oops, no, I'm wrong, it's still on the list. I'll bump it up.
