All-Star Game injuries

Can players get injured in All-Star games or are injuries turned off by default?

Yes they can injured and fatigued.
What I do is schedule the all star game then after the final rosters are set I cancel it and everyone has 4 days off and players still get named all stars

What I do is schedule the all star game then after the final rosters are set I cancel it and everyone has 4 days off and players still get named all stars __________________ I play out every game—one pitch mode.
