Allow adjust to/override team strategy settings to be picked for each strategy

Sometimes you want 1 or 2 things overridden, without having to adjust the other sliders.

For example I may have stealing set to low but I have one guy with 80/80/80 ratings I have to override strategy to really let him free, then I have to set every slider.

Or if I have a bunch of mediocre SPs so I have my hook set to very quick, but then I trade for a CYA I want to stay in I have to override all his settings just to override his hook.

The worst thing is when you update to a different strategy, you have to go to every player you have overridden to update their strategy.
