Historical Draft Pool Iron Curtain Players Not Showing

I know I'e seen something about this in the past but,I'm in the 1970 Draft and round 10 shows no players for me to draft in the Draft class. I see Teams drafting before me in Rounds 9 and 10 have players from the Iron Curtain but I can't seem to get them to show

They won't show up for you while the iron curtain rule is still active, but the AI will pick them if they have no other option. They can't sign the players, though, so the rights will eventually expire.

Ok I knew the AI was drafting em but was confused for a second, and yeah I know I can't sign em still like to see the draft look historic and such LOL
